1. Graduate Engineer (Grade A)
- Basically, a full-time regular B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree is required
- Specifically, from AICTE/UGC-recognized institution in Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 65% minimum marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: 55% minimum marks
2. Officer (Marketing) – Grade A
- Basically, a full-time 2-year MBA / PGDBA (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with Marketing Management specialization is needed
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 60% minimum marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: 55% minimum marks
- Critically, specialization must be reflected on the final degree certificate
3. Law Officer (Grade A)
- Firstly, a graduate degree in any discipline + LLB, or 5-year Integrated LLB (Bar Council of India recognized) is mandatory
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 60% marks in each qualifying degree
- SC/ST/PwBD: 55% marks
- Importantly, minimum 2 years post-qualification work experience (as on 30.06.2026) is required

4. Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0)
- Firstly, a Master’s degree in Chemistry (Inorganic/Organic/Analytical/Physical/Applied/Industrial Chemistry) is required
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 60% minimum marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: 55% minimum marks
- Importantly, minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Testing/R&D/QC in petroleum, petrochemical, polymer, or fertilizer laboratory is needed
- Preferably, NABL-accredited lab experience (Chemical discipline, Lubricants/Petroleum group) is valued
5. Diploma Engineer (Grade E0)
- Firstly, a 3-year full-time Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Safety-related disciplines) is required
- General/EWS/OBC(NCL): 65% minimum marks
- SC/ST: 55% minimum marks
- Crucially, candidates with BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, CS, CMA, MCA, or Ph.D. are NOT eligible
